The Made2Race (M2R) X-4.5 Helmet gets a big thumbs up from Bike Review regular and Law Talk guru Mark Stenberg.

I have used a carbon-fibre O’Neal 10 Series helmet for the last two years and thought it was the ant’s pants with light weight and good ventilation. So I was shocked when I looked at the M2R X-4.5 as it was such a cool design, very light and very well designed, with easy removal of liner and cheek pads for the ‘each ride’ wash.

The M2R X-4.5 Helmet weighs just 1195g

It is also designed with ESRS so that the cheek pads can be easily removed by pulling on a tab each side even while helmet is still being worn for emergencies. The dual layer four-piece channelled EPS shock absorbing liner giver further peace of mind especially with the MIT plus Carbon Kevlar FG shell and safety shear peak. Ventilation is by multi-channel vortex system.

As a result the M2R X-4.5 helmet is very comfortable while riding, and all-round very impressive! I would happily spend my own money to buy one of these helmets for my use of enduro riding.
