Are all the CBR650s restricted, or is there an unrestricted version?
(I know its possible to de-restrict, but that comes with legal/insurance problems.)

Hey Troy, there should be aftermarket options available. We haven't specifically dealt with replacing a shock on this model, but there's normally a variety of choices on offer from various suspension manufacturers to suit different needs and budgets.

Hey Wesley, we haven't heard anything about the updated 2017 model since EICMA, so it may be worth waiting if that's not available and you're after the newer/updated model.

That that said we've always been impressed with the full powered version when we've tested it!

Hi, I've spoken to Honda Australia about the 2017 Honda CBR650F, they are saying they don't know if we will be getting any changes to the new model. I won't be buying until this is set in stone as I'm hoping we will be getting new models or at least color scheme, any information would be great. I think they might just be hanging back until they sell some of the old models first.
Thanks,
Wesley Clark
