I’ve got two kovix products locking down two bikes. User both products on the daily. Can’t fault either of them.

When you engage the lock and it beeps twice, you’ve just locked it and disabled the alarm. A single beep signifies the alarm is armed.

Hey John, did pressing the key down (in twice) before actually locking it not disable the alarm? If the alarm is going it should turn off when unlocked.

It should go off after a period, unless the bike is still being tampered with, which will keep the siren activated.

Hey Jerry.
I’d try replacing the battery and see how you go. Just make sure you’re locking it as far onto the rotor as possible too, to make sure the sensor realises it’s locked to a rotor.
