Purchased a Cardo Freecom 4 plus, was having trouble with voice commands until I tried using an american accent, worked much better, so I changed the "language" to "English" on the Cardo Connect App. Seems to have fixed my problem. Also, the Cardo Connect App on Google play is version 3.5, however on the Cardo Website, it states version 4.0 is available. Wondering how I can get version 4.0. App. I have tried to contact Cardo through their website, however, so far no reply, but not sure if they received my enquiry. I will retry to contact if they dont respond soon.
Instructions for the Freecom 4 plus could be whole lot better, eg, quick start guide, in particular, No1 Charge unit first, No2 do a software update, THEN continue.
Hope these comments help other strugglers

Hi Keith please see reply from Cassons,

##Hi Jeff
I can’t see any issue with fitting a Freecom 1 + to a Shoei Ex-Zero helmet. The Freecom can also be fitted via the clamp or the glue plate making it extremely universal.I have also found images of the Shoei Ex-Zero helmet fitted with a Cardo unit.
Let me know if you need any other information.
Kind Regards,
Lisa###

Hi Guys,
Can you please do me a favour and ask either Cassons or Shoei (or both) if a Cardo Freecom 1+ will easily fit a Shoei Ex - Zero helmet I have on order?
Unfortunately as I don't currently have the helmet I cannot test it myself.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Kindest regards,
Keith

I also cannot find any retailers stocking the units at the prices you have listed. Checking Cassons website, the $830 RRP price is for the non-JBL PackTalk Bold Duo. It is $980 for the JBL PackTalk Bold Duo.
