It's not a review - it is a New Products release by the manufacturer. We can't see the problem here? Our Product Reviews are clearly marked as such... This is simply a New Products news article. Thanks, Jeff.

Response seems snarky and unwarranted. Many reviews for many products, from bikes to accessories, begin with press release info, then go on to share substantive reflection on the merits of the product in question. For myself, I navigated to a site called Bike Review, thinking I'd get a review. I'd have kept quiet and kept it moving, except that I didn't appreciate the response to the commenter who actually did offer a review, one that I appreciate.

Clearly the reviewer has not fitted or used this product in real life but has studied the marketing material to the nth degree. This is not a bad unit but it is very difficult to mount the support unit on to the helmet. This is basically a very flimsy and very sticky clear plastic sheet. It needs to be positioned very accurately on to the helmet. Very easy to twist the sticky bit and ruin it. Only one is supplied so be careful. Once fitted it is tricky to set up the Bluetooth for phone, GPS and media (Music). I was unable to set up headset until upgraded firmware to v 1.03 using the AGV device Manager on the AGV website. In addition this cannot be found by searching AGV website but a Google search pointed to AGV website. Operation of phone, music and radio is complex. It is necessary to press and hold combinations of the 3 buttons for varying time periods of up to 3 seconds. If you like thinking about what button press is needed and riding one handed for up to 3 seconds then this is the unit for you. Add to this the individual buttons are difficult to locate when wearing motorcycle gloves you will have a great time. On the plus side the sound quality is good and fine if you just want basic sat nav instructions and alerts to an incoming phone call.
