Had Pilot 4s on my 2017 BMW 1200RT....ride sports style in the mountains and some touring and commuting to work...Pilot 4s are appalling...cupping of tread lugs warping midline, flattening rear
awful road noise ...ditched them at 50 % wear. Just fitted Pirelli Angel GT11s....wow what an improvement, truly a great tyre for all round riding conditions, two up in the mountains only the solo die hards get away.

Hi Michael, I've ridden on them on a local grooved concrete highway here near Sydney recently, and same thing, the bike was weaving like crazy... Everywhere else I was impressed but yes this is an issue. Jeff.

Hi ,I purchased the GT 2 coming off the earlier G T angels for my RT 1200.Tire pressures monitored on the bike 2.5 kg front and 2.8 -2.9 rear and wheels balanced by BMW workshop on fitting.I find that steering ,lean angle and grip are fine on macadam and flat concrete surfaces but the front circumferential rain grooves do not like grooved concrete with a vagueness to the steering and loss of confidence when changing direction and a slight wobble noticed. This was in dry conditions and I fear would be exacerbated on wet grooved concrete.Thankfully not many grooved roads in my area but I have seen this mentioned in other forums so Pirelli must be aware of this .

Hi Peter - that is no good. My experience with them is that, like most sports touring high mileage tyres, they are more conservative in the steering for sure. But nothing that extreme. In saying that I didn't test them on my own GSX-S1000 when I had one. Have you checked the balance and the pressure and so forth? Jeff.

Don’t buy it’s!
I purchased these tyres for my 2018 GSX S1000 and not happy at all
The front end feels like it’s got a flat tyre , the initial response when you turn their is lag in time before the bike starts to turn and it feels like shit it’s wobbles Absolutely the worst tire I’ve ever used in my 42 years of riding
What a ripoff!
