Okay Mr expert. And know that A still doesn’t tell you much about how it will withstand even with testing because the testing is generic and most of the time won’t mimic an actual crash

The claim that the jacket is produced to meet or exceed CE Standard EN17092 is rubbish.
Its not a pass or fail standard, its either AAA AA A or B or not tested and certified to 17092 at all.
