I did end up buying the SRL 2 and a Neotec II (Shoei Modular). I went on my first long ride yesterday. The 1.6 KM range is a bit of an over claim – 700 – 900 mts on a curvy mountain route and my intercom dropped.

Also, I had a significant sound leak – my fellow rider could hear my bike sound and so could I. My helmet fit is quite appropriate. Any pearls of wisdom to fix this? Many thanks, kind regards, V.

When it works, it is fine.
But with BMW it only works 10% of the time. Connections are lost almost every day or the SENA is suddenly the passengers helmet in the BMW menu.
I am not sure whether this is to blame on BMW or SENA. But the combination between the two is useless.
