Nobody can tell me how to remove this baffle in the fuel tank to bring it to 9 litres. How to do this?

In reply to Serge. Hey Serge, we contacted Yamaha who confirmed there is basically a baffle in the tank. It's not specifically designed to be removed, as an actual feature of the bike. However, it is possible to do so.

Ya the removable baffle in the fuel tank, I haven’t seen that mentioned anywhere before. The author should have given more details with photos.
