We had no problems with ours, we used it for three of our kids over four years, and have now passed it to Andrew Jenkin from twowheeladdicts.com.au and his kids use it. I no longer have any confidence in Sherco products and think the company doesn’t stand by the quality of their product by not giving a better warranty for what is really just a very expensive kids toy.

We have 2 of these bikes, what a mistake, I would have been better off buying cheap chinese knock offs, they are probably better quality than Sherco

Oh and the design is terrible, the charging port is on the bottom under a flap so it is impossible for the kids to put it on or take if off charge, the bike has to be flipped upside down and the rubber flap to protect the battery etc is hard to put on even for an adult at times
