Hi Darron, not by anything we noticed but as you can see in our full review, it is definitely not a comfortable comfort seat! It was as hard as a rock for long trips… It is less comfy than the standard seat! Jeff.

Your best bet is checking with your local Yamaha dealer about the comfort option, or see what is available aftermarket. Otherwise you could also possibly get your stock seat modified.
