It would work once then not work until you turned it off then on again. My grandson didn’t even get to enjoy his gift from Santa. I returned it back to the store where I purchased it from and they told me they need to send it away as a warranty. They also said that they had a few people come in with the same issue. I feel we should have been offered our money back or an exchange bike.
