Hey Rajan,
We don't have the FZ150i here, however it sounds like either would suit your purposes. The NMax being automatic makes it a bit easier if there's lots of traffic to deal with, but it probably comes down to storage, price and style between the two. The NMax having underseat storage is great, and it's got good power and comfort.

Hey Fudge, Jeff just tested one and we'll have a test up soon, but it was a fun little machine and the extra capacity is certainly a benefit!

I have been searching for a scooter and the local Yamaha dealer has a Nmax155 - which is a slight step up from the 125. Have not ridden it yet but plan to take it for a spin next weekend.

Hey Chalky,
We haven't heard anything for sure at this point. More power is always good, but if you're just commuting around the suburbs and to work then the NMax will be cheap on the road (much cheaper than the 300), and is a great run-around.

Hi great review, thank you.

Yamaha have discounted this bike heavily the last month or two. Am guessing it might be in runout mode before a NMAX/Smax 155 replaces it. Anyone know if this is true? Would like a slightly more powerful bike though the 300 is sadly two bike for the garage space I have.

Thanks

Hey Susan,
We don't sell bikes or gear at this time, we only review them. Your best bet is checking with your local motorcycle dealers that stock those brands.

In reply to <a href="https://bikereview.com.au/2016-yamaha-nmax/#comment-606">Joe R</a>.

Thanks for your comment Joe. Do you mean DiASil isn't a coating - it should have said cylinder, that would be correct and I'll fix that now. Yamaha do however claim their DiASil cylinders are a, "all-aluminum die-cast cylinder and it achieves cooling performance equivalent to that of a nickel-plated cylinder, which is currently recognised as the best in the industry, but at a significantly lower production cost than a nickel-plated cylinder." - Yamaha Motor Global
