Hi

From experience (40 years on Harleys and 15 years with Heatley Australia)
Trying to fit a lower profile tyre on the 16” front rim is a bad move
If you want to help tip the bike into the corner better, look at raising the rear tide height, not spring preload. A longer shock set up will create less rake at the forks, you will still have lots of trail( harleys have more than neede) and this will help

You could also go to a 19”” front wheel that dies accept the 120/70x19 tyre, same as I had on the VRod this will work as well

The rear shocks would be my first option , ground clearance will also be improved with this mod

I run a set of these on my '12 fat bob. I live in FNQ where there's heaps of corners and fast straights. I'm a few thousand kays in on em and I love them, excellent grip and sweet handling . My only disappointment is they don't make a 120/90/16 for the front. The 130 is just a bit much. And maybe a lower profile would help turn in. Please suggest tyre pressure for our hot climate. My rear is 180/65/16.
