Harley-Davidson and MotoGP Launch Global Bagger Series

The new championship will see high-performance Harley-Davidson touring motorcycles transformed into race-ready machines and unleashed on some of the world’s most iconic tracks.
The series will open in the United States before heading to Europe, bringing American V-Twin muscle to legendary MotoGP venues including Mugello, Assen, Silverstone, Aragón, and Austria, where the final title-deciding round will be staged in September 2026.

Grand Prix of The Americas – COTA (USA): March 27–29
Grand Prix of Italy – Mugello (Italy): May 29–31
Grand Prix of the Netherlands – Assen (Netherlands): June 26–28
Grand Prix of the United Kingdom – Silverstone (UK): August 7–9
Grand Prix of Aragon – MotorLand Aragón (Spain): August 28–30
Grand Prix of Austria – Red Bull Ring (Austria): September 18–20 – Championship Round
Harley-Davidson Chairman, President and CEO Jochen Zeitz said the championship signalled a “bold new era” for both the brand and the sport. “This series is about pushing limits – of our machines, our riders, and our brand – on a global stage. We’re proud to partner with MotoGP to bring this vision to life.”
MotoGP Chief Sporting Officer Carlos Ezpeleta added: “The Harley-Davidson Bagger World Cup fulfills the brief of connecting with new audiences while staying faithful to what fans love about MotoGP™. It will be a fantastic addition to race weekends and will connect our sport to one of the most iconic cultural brands in the world.”
The concept was first teased at Le Mans earlier this year, sparking immediate excitement from fans and industry insiders. With the official calendar now confirmed, teams, riders, and sponsors are being invited to join the grid ahead of the 2026 debut.
