The mi-bike Australian Superbike Championship presented by Motul (ASBK) say they’re pleased to announce that round three of the 2023 championship will take place at Queensland Raceway.

This will be the second round at Queensland Raceway since Tony Quinn bought the complex and the upgrades and improvements to the complex will be evident from the moment the riders and teams arrive at the circuit.

Tony Quinn: “It is great to see Queensland Raceway on the ASBK calendar once again! We thoroughly enjoyed having the ASBK Championship here in 2022 and look forward to making 2023’s event bigger and better again with the huge amount of local support keen to get behind the event!”

Peter Doyle, CEO, of Motorcycling Australia (MA): “Tony Quinn and the team at QR were very welcoming to ASBK this year and was very enthusiastic about the prospect of a return to the circuit in 2023. When we were there this year, we could see a lot of work getting underway and look forward to seeing the fruits of this labour when we return in 2023. I want to thank Tony and his team at QR for their efforts to bring this event to fruition. The ASBK round at QR will be an event not to be missed for all ASBK fans as the circuit provides great facilities and a complete view of the entire track from the spectator areas”.

The ASBK Management Team confirms that the Official ASBK Test will be held at Sydney Motorsport Park on Wednesday the first and Thursday the second of February 2023.
