“This is massive for Australian Supercross,” said AUSX Open Managing Director Kelly Bailey. “Jett and Hunter are more than athletes — they’re hometown heroes and global icons. In 2025 we’re taking the AUSX Open experience to the next level with more international stars, innovation, and unforgettable moments.”For Jett Lawrence, reigning 2024 SuperMotocross World Champion, the event represents unfinished business after a DNF in last year’s main event. “Last year was incredible — the build-up, the opening ceremony, hearing that crowd again. Coming back to Marvel Stadium in 2025, I want to win.”
Hunter Lawrence, who claimed victory in 2024, said racing — and winning — at home was one of his career’s most meaningful moments. “That night will always be special. To share that with our family, friends, and Aussie fans was unforgettable. 2025 is going to be incredible.”Marvel Stadium General Manager Scott Fitzgerald said welcoming the Lawrence brothers back was a huge moment for Melbourne. “The AUSX Open continues to set a new benchmark for stadium motorsport in Australia. Fans can expect even more action on and off the track.”
The 2025 AUSX Open will feature Australia’s biggest and most technical Supercross track, Freestyle Motocross stunts, live music, and immersive fan experiences. Daily announcements will follow with ticketing details and rider reveals.
