Piaggio say the Beverly S maintains dynamic features of a large-wheel scooter, along with performance, safety, and comfort over long distances or crossover to urban commuting with agility and ease of handling. This is aided by the cleverly positioned fuel tank, which is located in the tunnel for greater agility and riding thrills typically associated in a motorcycle.
Take a new Euro 5-compliant 400cc HPE (High Performance Engine) and combine it with motorcycle chassis architecture and you have a winning formula. Piaggio claim that not only do you get a notable power and torque delivery for outstanding performance and more agile rideability, but the single-cylinder four-valve, liquid-cooled package with electronic injection delivers reduced noise and fuel consumption, making it ideal for longer trips.
The Beverly S comes in a choice of three colours: the elegant matt Nero Tempesta black; Argento Cometa silver; and the glossy orange of Aranco Sunset.
