These collector items will be delivered alongside the motorcycle when the bikes arrive in Australia.
Dealer allocations will be based on the original Register of Interest submission date, meaning customers who registered earliest will receive priority when the first shipment lands. However, Suzuki has now opened the ordering system to all customers.
The first shipment of the anniversary superbike is scheduled to arrive in August 2026, with allocations expected to be limited. Pricing for the 40th Anniversary GSX-R1000R has been confirmed at $30,990 ride away, and the model will be available in three heritage-inspired colour schemes celebrating 40 years of GSX-R performance and racing success.
Customers wanting to secure one of the first 40 units – and the accompanying Collectors Garage Pack – must complete their purchase via Suzuki’s online ordering system to guarantee allocation.
The GSX-R range remains one of the most celebrated superbike families in motorcycling, tracing its roots back to the legendary Suzuki GSX‑R750, which redefined the performance sportbike category when it launched four decades ago.
