The Ride Back Arrives in Alice Springs
Thursday was the final leg of the 2800km journey from Sydney to Ian Moss’ home town of Alice Springs raising funds and awareness for Black Dog Ride.
The group arrived late afternoon to a typical stunning red centre sunset and a township in the grip of motorsport fever as the ready for this weekend’s Finke Desert Race.
Ian Moss said, “It’s been a long but enjoyable day on the bike, giving me plenty of time to reflect as I head home. I am thrilled to finally get here and can’t wait to perform some songs from my new album Nashville Sessions for family, friends and fans at tomorrow night’s Finke Desert Race.”
Bidding for the Limited Edition Jack Daniel’s Indian Chief Vintage for Black Dog Ride charity is also going famously with the highest bid currently at $40,600 with 2 days remaining. With Indian motorcycle’s being the most collected motorcycle worldwide, this is the only example of its kind obtainable to the highest bidder in Australia!
