Executive Chairman Siddhartha Lal described the 125-year milestone as a chance to look ahead as well as back, saying the company aims to “build motorcycles with soul and make motorcycling accessible to riding enthusiasts around the world.”

The anniversary year will continue with a series of celebratory events and model launches at Motoverse in Goa and throughout 2026, marking a new phase for the brand.

Bullet 650 revealed

Royal Enfield has unveiled the Bullet 650, powered by the company’s popular 648cc air- and oil-cooled parallel-twin engine paired with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. The model uses a steel tubular spine frame and introduces the Twins platform to the world’s longest-running motorcycle line, in continuous production since 1932.

Suspension is by Showa, with conventional forks up front and twin gas-charged shocks at the rear. Braking is handled by single discs at both ends with dual-channel Bosch ABS and ByBre (By Brembo) calipers. The Bullet 650 runs on 19in front and 18in rear wire-spoked wheels and uses tubed tyres in keeping with its traditional construction.

Styling follows the established Bullet silhouette, with a casquette-mounted LED headlamp flanked by “tiger-eye” pilot lamps, first seen on Royal Enfields back in 1954. Other design elements include the teardrop fuel tank with hand-painted pinstripes, a 3D winged tank badge, a long stepped bench seat and handlebars that maintain the model’s upright stance.

All-metal bodywork contributes to the bike’s but adds quality. It has a 240kg curb weight, and there’s a 13-litre fuel tank and 135mm of ground clearance.

Instrumentation combines analogue and digital displays, including a speedometer, gear-position indicator, fuel gauge, trip meters and service reminder. Lighting is LED all round, and switchgear is housed in traditional rounded pods.

The model will be offered in two colour options globally – Cannon Black and Battleship Blue – with regional markets receiving different allocations. In Australia, the Bullet 650 will be available from mid-2026 only in Cannon Black…

Flying Flea S6 joins the EV range

Royal Enfield’s city+ electric mobility brand Flying Flea unveiled the scrambler-styled FF S6 at EICMA 2025. Positioned as a lightweight urban explorer with off-road capability, the model follows the C6 shown in 2024 and continues the company’s move toward connected electric mobility.

The FF S6 uses a high-torque electric motor driving a chain final drive and runs 19in front and 18in rear wheels with dual-purpose tyres. Suspension is by upside-down front forks and twin rear shocks, with long travel to suit mixed terrain. The bike features an enduro-style seat and upright ergonomics, with switchable ABS and a dedicated off-road mode for loose surfaces.

A finned magnesium battery case serves both structural and cooling functions, reducing weight and visually referencing the original Flying Flea’s engine fins. The display is a circular touchscreen instrument cluster that combines classic styling with digital connectivity, offering navigation and vehicle data through a high-resolution TFT interface.

Electronics are built around a Qualcomm Snapdragon QWM2290 processor, enabling 4G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity for real-time vehicle management and over-the-air updates. The system supports voice commands via a handlebar button linked to the rider’s phone. Additional electronics include NXP microcontrollers for data processing and energy management, and an in-house developed Vehicle Control Unit integrating ride-mode and traction settings.

Riders can interact with the FF S6 through a smartwatch or connected app for keyless operation, charging status, ride mode selection and diagnostics. The system supports multiple apps and software updates delivered over the air. The model is scheduled for global launch towards the end of 2026.

Himalayan Mana Black Edition

Royal Enfield unveiled a new variant of its Himalayan adventure motorcycle at EICMA 2025, the Mana Black Edition. Named after the Mana Pass, one of the world’s highest motorable routes, the edition features a Stealth Black finish with matte detailing and a pared-back, functional design.

The Mana Black Edition arrives from the factory equipped with several accessories as standard. These include Black Rally hand guards, a Rally seat designed for additional grip and comfort on long rides, a Rally front mudguard suited to off-road conditions and tubeless spoked wheels for improved durability and ease of puncture repair.

The model’s ergonomics have been developed to optimise control when standing on the ’pegs and stability when seated, emphasising its focus on adventure use and ready-to-ride configuration.

Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition

To mark 125 years of continuous production, Royal Enfield revealed the Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition. The model carries a gold 125 Years crest on a red tank finished in ‘hypershift’ paint that transitions between red and gold tones under light. It retains the Classic’s teardrop tank and nacelle headlight, presented as a commemorative edition for the anniversary year.

Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Drop

Royal Enfield and Taiwan-based custom builder Rough Crafts have teamed up for a limited-edition Shotgun 650. The collaboration draws from the “Caliber Royale” custom build and features a black and matt black finish with a gold leaf stripe, solid brass tank badge and quilted leather seat.

Gold fork tubes, contrast-cut rims and bar-end mirrors complete the package. Only 100 units will be produced worldwide, each supplied with a hand-signed print from Rough Crafts.
