Aaron Tanti delivered another consistent performance with 4-5 moto finishes.

Perfect racing conditions and revised track layouts created close competition throughout the day, although the unbeaten MX1 run of Jed Beaton finally came to an end after dominating the opening two rounds of the season.

Despite topping qualifying and winning Superpole, Beaton crashed while running second in the opening MX1 moto and had to settle for third. He bounced back strongly in race two, hunting down Kyle Webster before charging to a dominant 15-second victory aboard his Monster Energy CDR Yamaha YZ450F. His 3-1 results secured second overall for the round while retaining a 12-point championship lead.

Japanese recruit Souya Nakajima also impressed in the second MX2 moto.

Teammate Aaron Tanti delivered another consistent performance with 4-5 moto finishes to claim fifth overall and maintain third in the MX1 standings.

Seth Burchell continued his steady progress with two top-10 finishes.

In MX2, Noah Ferguson rebounded from a difficult Canberra round with improved form, scoring 4-5 moto results to finish fourth overall for Monster Energy Yamalube Yamaha. Ferguson battled Dylan Walsh throughout race one before charging through the field late in race two after a poor start.

Japanese recruit Souya Nakajima also impressed in the second MX2 moto. After finishing 16th in race one, the two-time Japanese 250 champion launched into third place at the start of race two and ran with the leaders for much of the race before securing a personal-best fourth-place moto finish.

Jack Deveson posted 5-6 results to finish fifth overall.

The MX3 class proved eventful for Monster Energy WBR Yamaha. Championship leader Hayden Draper qualified fastest and finished third overall despite colliding with teammate Jack Deveson in race two while battling through the field. Draper recovered to finish eighth in the moto and maintain the MX3 points lead.

Jed Beaton’s 3-1 results secured second overall for the round while retaining a 12-point championship lead.

Deveson posted 5-6 results to finish fifth overall, while MX2 rider Seth Burchell continued his steady progress with two top-10 finishes. The 2026 ProMX Championship now heads to Echo Valley in Toowoomba for round four on May 24.
