China to World Ducati Week – 7575km in 7 days
Ken Lu (Ducati China Sales Director) and Lv Fei (founder and CEO of Beijing MOTORWAY) left Xinjiang on their Multistrada 1200 Enduros and, after just 7 days’ riding, arrived in Bologna where they stopped off to visit the Ducati factory and Museum before getting ready to head down to the Adriatic Riviera and experience WDW 2018.
The two Chinese riders covered 7,575 km and passed through 10 countries: an incredible journey that bears witness to their passion for motorcycling and their strong sense of community with the Ducati brand, which is growing in popularity in China by the day. They’ve even given their journey a name, calling it “SuperFast Across The Eurasian Continent”. A fitting title indeed!
“The Multistrada 1200 Enduro is perfect for a feat such as this”, stated Lv Fei on his arrival at Borgo Panigale. “The high-capacity tank gives excellent range, the ergonomics is perfect and, even after riding many hours, you still aren’t tired.”
“Outstanding reliability is combined with an incredible engine that allowed up to keep up record-breaking average speeds and, at some points, ride at 250 kph, putting us in Italy in just 7 days. We’re extremely satisfied. Now we can’t wait to take part in WDW2018 like real Ducatisti.”
Claudio Domenicali (Ducati CEO) welcomed them personally as they arrived at the company, complimenting them on their achievement and inviting then to display their bikes in the Multistrada area in the paddock at WDW2018, scheduled to take place from 20 to 22 July at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli”.
