Airoh Helmets heading for Oz

Moto National Accessories have announced the launch of the Airoh Helmet range in Australia. Here we'll look at what will be available and the Airoh brand.

Airoh’s history as a helmet manufacturer actually proceeds the brand’s appearance by a decade as Locatelli S.p.A., who produced helmet components for a number of well-known premium European manufacturers.

In 1997 that would all change however, with Antonio Locatelli – the founder – launching their own range of products under the Airoh brand.

Taking a decade’s worth of experience, expertise and innovation Airoh has continued to focus on research, development and technology in striving to provide the best helmets available.

Today Airoh are now available in 55 countries, with the latest addition including Australia thanks to Moto National Accessories – the Australian importer. 30 percent of their sales are in the Italian company’s home country, while 70 percent are from the international market, proving the quality of reach of the Airoh name.

With a strong connection to off-road racing Airoh develop their helmets with constant feedback from racers, ensuring their helmets aren’t just full of innovative features and technology, but those features are what riders and racers are looking for.

Moto National Accessories are now making the Airoh Helmet available in Australia for the first time, with a number of off-road and road models to be available soon in dealers and motorcycle stores. That range will be further expanded in early 2017 as they expand the model range available.

Here’s a look at what will be available straight away as well as some of the models we can expect early 2017.

Airoh – GP 500

The GP 500 is a racing 100 per cent Carbon Kevlar helmet, designed and conceived for the champions of speed.

Thanks to the use of fine materials and a concentration of technology, the GP 500 is ready to make its mark.

Airoh – Aviator 2.2

Aviator 2.2 represents the evolution of the Aviator 2.1, the champion helmet with which Airoh soared to the top spot of the podium in off-road disciplines, reaching the sports headlines.

The helmet is available in three different shell sizes and is made with quality materials, 100 per cent Carbon Kevlar, making it one of the lightest and best performing helmets of its class.

The strengths in this new version are the lightness, which is implemented further, the expanded field of vision, the new vent chin guard, the new rear spoiler and the new peak that provide maximum protection.

Airoh – ST 701 

ST 701 is the new full-face helmet designed in two different shell sizes and dedicated for touring and sport use at the same time.

The outer shell, which is realized with the use of carbon fiber, enabling a limited weight, places the St 701 as one of the lightest helmets of its category.

Airoh – Twister

Airoh – Movement
