Pirelli have announced their all new Diablo Rosso Corsa II motorcycle tyre, with the world launch just held in South Africa, where Kris went along and had the chance to test out these tyres at the amazing Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit as well as on the road.
The Diablo Rosso Corsa II are the next step in the evolution of the Diablo Rosso Corsa, featuring a dual compound front (three zone) and triple compound rear (five zone), with the tyre offering stronger track and dry performance than the Rosso III and a more balanced tyre than the Supercorsa SP, with better wet performance and mileage. Naturally the Diablo Rosso Corsa II are also a massive step up from the outgoing Rosso Corsa, with Pirelli boasting significantly better track times, just as a start.
