The Motul Pirelli Sherco Team impressed at the fifth and sixth rounds of the 2024 AORC in Edenhope. Despite sandy, dry, and dusty tracks under low temperatures, Jonte Reynders delivered a series of impressive performances, securing double E2 class runner-up finishes. Press: Sherco Australia

On Saturday, Reynders demonstrated his mettle, clinching a commendable second-place finish behind E2-class championship leader Daniel Milner with a total time of 40:49.568.

Sunday witnessed Reynders continuing his impressive form, securing yet another second-place finish behind Milner and ahead of Will Dennett with a total time of 37:02.921. Despite stiff competition from Milner and other top riders, Reynders put down strong times and rode with composure, earning crucial points in the championship standings.

“Overall, it was a decent weekend. Typically, I’m not a sand guy, but I felt this was the best I’ve ever ridden in these types of conditions, so I’m happy with that. I’m gutted we missed out on P2 outright today by 0.1 of a second, but I’m happy to take double P2 finishes in E2. I’m looking forward to heading up north for the next rounds in Queensland,” said Jonte Reynders.

As the Motul Pirelli Sherco Team sets its sights on the next rounds of the AORC, it is more motivated than ever. Rounds seven and eight will take place at QLD Moto Park in Coulson, Queensland, on July 27-28. The team aims to continue its impressive form and push for top podium finishes.
