Aprilia Racing has officially confirmed that Jacopo Cerutti will remain with the team until 2027, following a string of impressive victories aboard the Tuareg in major rally raid competitions across Europe and Africa, solidifying both his status as a top contender and the bike’s reputation in off-road racing.Aprilia Racing has announced a contract extension with Italian rally raid star Jacopo Cerutti through to 2027, cementing a successful partnership that began in 2023.

Cerutti has become a dominant force on the Aprilia Tuareg, winning the Italian Motorally Championship in 2023 and taking a landmark overall victory at the Africa Eco Race in January 2024. Leading the gruelling event for over 6000 kilometres, Cerutti and Aprilia secured their first major African rally triumph on debut.Further victories soon followed, including class wins at the Hellas Rally Raid in Greece and the Baja Aragón, alongside clinching the G-1000 Motorally class title. His overall win in Rapino was historic, marking the first time a twin-cylinder bike topped the event outright.In 2025, Cerutti repeated his Africa Eco Race victory, adding another Hellas Rally Raid title to his growing list of achievements.
