Broadford Bike Bonanza rider pre-entries open
In its 11th year, the Shannons Insurance Broadford Bike Bonanza (SIBBB) year will be held over the Easter weekend, celebrating historic motorcycles of all disciplines. Rider Pre-Entries to the 2019 Shannons Insurance Broadford Bike Bonanza are now are now open through the Trybooking.com website!
The theme for 2019 will see sidecars across all disciplines celebrated as well as the Honda CB750, plus the introduction of 25-year historic rolling eligibility, making pre-1993 motorcycles welcome for entry.
Running from 19 – 21 April 2019 at the Broadford State Motorcycle Complex, Victoria, SIBBB prides itself on the coined phrase, “no racing, just riding” for an enormous array of disciplines including Road Race, Dirt Track, Speedway, Motocross (MX), Trials and Enduro! Born from the concept of bringing older bikes out of retirement and back into the limelight, the SIBBB caters to the tastes of all generations, showcasing beloved bikes from bygone eras whilst also educating younger spectators on how motorcycles have developed over the decades.
Entries are now open for all eligible pre-1993 motorcycles here. All entries close at 8pm, 7 April 2019, however on the day entries will still available at the event, some category’s will be subject to availability. Due to an anticipated high number of entries for the 11th edition of the event, it’s best to avoid disappointment by locking in your entry early! Riders will also enjoy an “early-bird” fee of $95.00 if they register before 26 January 2019.
Spectators can enjoy all the festivities for $40.00 for one day, or $60.00 to immerse yourself in the entire Easter weekend! Families can also enjoy free entry for any attendees aged under 16 years of age. To enjoy a night under the stars over the weekend, attendees can purchase a camping pass for $10.00 per night, with all children aged under 16 years receiving free entry. Get your tickets here!
Gates open to the public at 7am on Good Friday, with the event concluding at 3pm on Easter Sunday. Road Race, MX, Speedway, Enduro and Trials event riding will commence from 9am – 4pm on Saturday, and 9am – 3pm on Sunday. Road Race event riding will also run from 10am – 4pm on Friday due to a large influx of Road Race rider entries.
