CFMOTO Australia has unveiled a new website for customers seeking genuine replacement parts and accessories. The updated website is the brands latest area of investment as they continue to enhance the CFMOTO experience for customers in Australia.

“Part of our commitment to our customers is to ensure they have quick and reliable access to spare parts as they need,” said the CFMOTO Australia Director, Michael Poynton. “We understand that customers such as farmers can be located long distances from their local dealer, in some cases more than 300km. As much as we encourage CFMOTO customers to maintain their relationships with their local dealer, we also understand that a trip to purchase an essential serviceable spare part is not always practical”.

The key objective of the site is to improve the overall aftersales service, especially to regional farming communities. By ordering parts online, farmers can save time and money by minimising vehicle down time and no longer having the need to travel hundreds of kilometres to simply pick up a part.

At shop.cfmoto.com.au, customers can quickly search electronic parts catalogues across the CFMOTO model range to help identify the part they require. The website has a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) search function to help customers confirm the correct part for their CFMOTO model.

For added convenience customers can also track order status and view their purchase history.

The website leverages CFMOTO Australia’s vast parts inventory, with all orders being processed at their state of the art 5000 square metre distribution centre in Altona, Victoria.

While CFMOTO Australia will manage the new website delivering parts direct to customers, CFMOTO dealers will receive a share of each sale.
