Developed with rally raid styling and adventure travel in mind, the Aventura Rally 307 is aimed at riders seeking a manageable yet capable machine for exploring beyond the pavement. The model blends off-road focused chassis design, long-travel suspension and a large-capacity fuel tank to deliver a platform suited to both adventure touring and technical terrain.

Powering the Rally 307 is a 293cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine, producing 33.5hp and 27Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch, designed to deliver smooth power delivery and improved control when riding on loose surfaces or during aggressive downshifts.

The bike is built around a high-strength steel backbone frame, supported by long-travel suspension to maximise off-road capability. Up front sits a 43mm inverted fork adjustable for compression and rebound, while the rear features a progressive shock absorber adjustable for preload, compression and rebound. Suspension travel is 235mm at both ends, giving the bike significant ground clearance and the ability to handle rough terrain.

Wheel sizing follows the traditional off-road formula with a 21-inch front wheel and 18-inch rear, fitted with adventure-ready tyres. Braking is handled by a 300mm front wave disc with a twin-piston caliper, while the rear uses a 240mm wave disc.

Long-distance adventure riding is a major focus of the Rally 307, highlighted by its 21-litre fuel tank, designed to provide extended range for remote rides where fuel stops may be limited.

The rally-style cockpit also incorporates modern technology, including a 7-inch vertical TFT display with Mirror Link connectivity, allowing riders to connect smartphones and access navigation and digital instrumentation.

Despite its adventure-ready specification, the Aventura Rally 307 remains relatively lightweight, with a dry weight of 137kg, seat height of 890mm, and a 1420mm wheelbase, balancing stability with agility on challenging terrain.

Rieju says the Aventura Rally 307 has been tested in demanding rally environments, including the Touareg Legend Rally, demonstrating the bike’s durability and capability in extreme conditions. Australian availability and pricing are expected to be announced closer to the model’s local launch. Register your interest here
