Royal Enfield Busted Knuckles Build-Off People’s Choice Award
Royal Enfield has officially opened public voting for the Busted Knuckles Build-Off (BKBO) Season 3 People’s Choice Award, giving motorcycle fans around the world the chance to choose their favourite custom Shotgun 650 build now that Expert’s Choice has been won.
Following the completion of the Australian dealer custom competition, attention now shifts from the judges to the public, with voting officially underway ahead of the June 2 deadline.
This year’s Build-Off challenged five Royal Enfield dealerships across Australia to transform the Shotgun 650 into a completely unique custom motorcycle with virtually no restrictions on style or concept.
The result is a wildly varied collection of builds ranging from stripped-back bobbers and drag-inspired customs through to radical one-off engineering projects.
Among the standout entries is the award-winning RE1000 from GRID Motorcycles, which recently claimed the Expert’s Choice Award thanks to its world-first 1000cc Royal Enfield parallel twin conversion and extensive handcrafted fabrication work.
Other featured builds include MotoMAX’s aggressive Dirty Purdy, the Dakar-inspired Desert Eagle from Moto Machine, House of Motorcycles’ minimalist Sawn-Off, and Fast Fuel Motorcycles’ aviation-themed Spitfire 650.
Royal Enfield says the competition is designed to celebrate creativity, individuality and custom motorcycle culture while showcasing the versatility of the Shotgun 650 platform. Fans can now explore all five motorcycles online before casting their vote for the People’s Choice Award winner.
Voting remains open until 11:50pm on June 2. Vote by clicking here…
