Royal Enfield Sydney open by appointment during COVID-19 restrictions
With tough new restrictions put in place by the Australian Government and concerns for the health and welfare of many Australians during this hard time, Royal Enfield Sydney must change the way that business is done. This means they will only be open by appointment.
These measures have been put into place to protect the health and welfare of both staff and customers and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is important that all customers who are planning to visit the shop adhere to the guidelines put in place by the great team over at Royal Enfield Sydney.
All visits to the shop will now require an appointment. This includes for service drop-offs, pick-ups, new bike sales, spares and rentals. Royal Enfield Sydney is also asking customers that they do not bring friends or family members with them (including children) to keep everyone as safe as possible.
They have also asked customers to respect social distancing guidelines when they are at the shop, and have asked customers that if they feel unwell, not to come in. Royal Enfield Sydney would like to reassure their loyal customers that they are doing everything they can to keep the environment safe, clean and disinfected during this time and to offer as much customer service as is possible.
They are also urging customers to use their website if they would like to order spare parts, motorcycles or accessories, in order to limit in person interactions. They will be happy to ship to you where possible and use electronic transactions.
We did a feature on the Royal Enfield Sydney Workshop in 2016, where we had a look around their shop and sat down to have chat with them. For the full article, please click here.
