Founded in 2009, the Black Dog Ride aims to increase awareness of mental health issues and prevention of suicide. Since inception Black Dog Ride has involved thousands of motorcyclists in raising over $2.2 million for mental health services.

Black Dog Ride founder Steve Andrews has become a crusader in suicide prevention and increasing awareness of mental health issues. “Remember depression is an illness, not a weakness and effective treatments are available. It’s important to seek help early and with the right treatment most people recover,” said Andrews.
