Yamaha Racing Developments (YRD) will step up its track side support for the 2021 Australian Superbike Championship to offer a comprehensive range of parts, accessories and expertise for Yamaha riders, available to be purchased at every east coast venue on the ASBK calendar.

Having a truck full of spares ready to buy will help keep the newer teams on track.

Starting from round one of the 2021 season at Phillip Island, the YRD team will carry an extensive range of Yamaha OEM Parts, accessories and products to cater for all Yamaha riders regardless of class or capacity, covering everyone from the OJC R15 Cup through to Yamaha riders contesting the 1000cc Superbike Championship.

“YRD have offered this style of track side service in the past, but only dedicated to R3 Cup, so now we will broaden not only our range of parts and products at the track but also the availability to riders to ensure all Yamaha riders are in the best possible hands on race weekends and getting the most from their bikes,” explains YRD’s John Redding.

“Stewart and Janice have years of expert knowledge and long-time YRD staffers and they are passionate about assisting every Yamaha rider through their race weeks if required and will have what they need in case of emergency.”

The support will come in very handy for the booming R3 cup series.

“I’m pleased we are able to increase this service for the 2021 season and thank you to Yamaha Motor Australia and Ficeda in helping us to the next step in our track side service. This is another benefit only available to Yamaha riders and a prime example of what bLU cRU is all about.”
