The 300SR is the first fully-faired sportsbike by the Chinese manufacturer and CFMOTO say the bike offers consumers track inspired sports styling, combined with excellent handling and performance. Powered by a quick revving 292.4cc DOHC single-cylinder engine producing a claimed 21.4kW@8750rpm and 25.5Nm@7250rpm, CFMOTO say the 300SR is all about making your daily commute more fun.
The engine is fitted with a balance shaft to smoothen vibration and a slipper clutch for reduced back torque when downshifting for increased confidence and comfort.
Stopping power is provided by a J.Juan opposed four-piston caliper mated to a 292mm disc up front with a single-piston caliper and 220mm disc for the rear, ensuring superior braking performance with positive engagement and stable braking force. An intelligent Continental ABS package reduces the possibility of locking up the wheels during hard/emergency braking situations.
A lightweight, integrated frame design contributes to nimble and confidence-inspiring handling performance. The 37mm USD fork and single centred rear shock provide an aggressive sports ride with agile handling.
One of CFMOTO’s SR (Sports Racing) most distinctive features is the stunning twin-LED headlamps which also serve as DRLs for better visibility while on the road. The innovative T-box system has a built-in 4G module and 6D sensor, which can check vehicle status, positioning, and mileage, all in real-time, through the CFMOTO RIDE smartphone application.
The 300SR PrüstelGP Moto3 Edition is available now for a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of $6,490 Rideaway and is backed by CFMOTO’s 3-year warranty.
