MotoGP photography is amazing these days, but is it as exciting as the old 500 days? Those in the know probably got more of a kick from a shot of a 500 sideways, but there is no denying, these new machines are incredible…
The 2025 MotoGP season continues to thrill with intense competition and commanding performances across all classes. We’ve been loving it, particularly when we see a variety of manufacturers up the front for a change.

Zarco’s win in France was a highlight, but there have been many thrills and spills along the way. It’s looking like an MM#93 year, but who knows in MotoGP! The Moto2 and Moto3 classes are equally as cool, and seeing our Aussies up the front in all three classes has been ace!

Jack Miller, the rain master, has had a few awesome runs on the Yamaha, let’s hope to see him there in 2026.

Marc Márquez has stamped his authority on the premier class, leading the standings with approximately 381 points, a commanding 120-point advantage over his brother Álex, who is second with around 261 points. Márquez’s consistency is remarkable, securing over 85 per cent of the maximum available points, a return to form reminiscent of his 2014 dominance.
Francesco Bagnaia, currently third on roughly 213 points, has had a more inconsistent campaign. Márquez’s recent dominance includes his fifth consecutive race win at the Czech Grand Prix, spotlighting his march toward a record-tying ninth world title.

Aussie Senna Agius could be our next Grand Prix hero, he is regularly up the front… MotoGP next? We hope so…
Moto2
In the intermediate category, Manuel González of Liqui Moly Intact GP has pulled clear with 188 points, maintaining a 25-point lead over second-placed Arón Canet (163 points). Emerging Brazilian talent Diogo Moreira secured a breakthrough win at Assen and has climbed to third in the standings, 31 points adrift of the lead.
Moto3
The lightweight class is being led by José Antonio Rueda of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, who sits atop the championship with 228 points, holding a sizable margin over Álvaro Piqueras in second (143 points). Rueda’s remarkable consistency includes several wins and podiums early in the campaign. Alvaro Carpe sits in third on 132 points.
