2018 SWM Superdual X & T arrive with updated features

2018 SWM Superdual X

For 2018 the Superdual takes it to another level with not one, but two Superdaul options and the first to arrive is the Superdual X. New for 2018, the Superdual X features the 21/18-inch wheel combination fitted with Metzeler Sahara 3 tyres along with switchable ABS. Sporting a new look in SWM Red, the X model is available in either full power or LAMS approved configuration.

This comes off the back of our very successful 2017 Superdual model that raised plenty of eyebrows with performance and value for money, unmatched in the adventure market.”

2018 SWM Superdual X

The Superdual X is due to arrive in Australia this month (December 2017) which will be followed by the 2018 Superdual T in January. As with the Superdual X, the T model comes equipped with switchable ABS and in either full power mode or LAMS approved. The T model is available in SWM Grey and is fitted with 19/17-inch wheels mated to Metzeler Tourance tyres.

We fielded a massive amount of enquiry and subsequent orders for the 2018 Superdual models from the recent Sydney Motorcycle Show. With plenty of orders in already and healthy numbers arriving into the country in the coming weeks we expect the 2018 Superdual models to be hitting the backroads, highways and dirt tracks across the country in record numbers.”

The Superdual X and T model both share the same liquid-cooled 600cc engine with 6-speed transmission coupled to GET ignition and Mikuni D45 fuel-injection system. Adjustable upside down 45mm forks and Sachs adjustable shock with remote preload adjuster offer a comfortable and competent ride on or off-road and the 19-liter fuel capacity allows for plenty of uninterrupted kilometers of riding.

To mark the introduction of the 2018 Super dual, SWM is offering a GT Kit that includes panniers and driving lights valued at a recommended retail price of $1,500. This offer will run from January 1, to March 31, 2018.

2018 SWM Superdual T

Adventure riding features come standard on the Superdual including hand guards, windscreen, aluminium skid plate, engine and tank crash bars, centre stand and rear carry rack plus there’s provision for 12-volt socket outlet beneath the digital speedo display. The SWM Superdual is adventure-ready. Plus, with the current promotion of free panniers and driving lights make this the most complete adventure ready bike on the showroom floor.
