During the COVID-19 pandemic Kawasaki Motors Australia spent some time with Adrian from Mildura Motorcycles, Victoria, to learn more about them and how they are working through the pandemic. Being socially responsible about it, KMA kept their distance.
KMA: How long has your dealership been selling Kawasaki products?
MM: We are proud to be a Dealer of Kawasaki products for 30 years. During that time, Mildura Motorcycles team have gained sound and reliable knowledge of the Kawasaki brand, models, genuine parts and service.
KMA: What other brands do you sell?
MM: Mildura Motorcycles also sells a range of competing motorcycles and agricultural vehicles. To compliment these brands, Mildura Motorcycles stock many brands of tyres, parts and apparel including brands such as Dunlop, Michelin, Bridgestone, O’Neal, Nolan, Shoei, AGV, Fox, DriRider, Draggin Jeans, 100%, Alpine Star and many others too numerous to mention.
KMA: What are the operation hours of the business during the COVID-19 situation?
MM: Opening times are weekdays 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Saturday morning 9:00am to 12 noon.
KMA: How is the dealership looking after staff and customers during COVID-19?
MM: We are committed to the health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers. We supply complimentary hand sanitiser at our entrance and is in various locations in store and we regularly clean and sanitise benches and surfaces. We also have a limit on the number of people in store at any one time and have social distancing measures in place. Contactless transactions are available.
KMA: Does the dealership offer delivery of Parts & Accessories?
MM: We welcome credit card phone and email orders during this time, with local delivery, courier or Australia Post deliveries available.
KMA: Do you have any special deals in place for customers during COVID-19 operations?
MM: Free local delivery of any new motorcycle or ATV or parts purchased.
