The 2026 edition carried extra significance as Ducati celebrates 100 years since the company’s founding in 1926, with this year’s event acting as one of the first major global celebrations leading into World Ducati Week 2026, scheduled for July 3–5 at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.
Ducati says the event was made possible through the combined efforts of Ducati dealerships and Ducati Official Clubs around the world, with riders participating in mass parades through major cities and iconic locations.
Australian Ducatisti were also heavily involved in the celebrations, with rides and gatherings organised across the country. Locally, we joined the crew from Worthington Motorcycles for a day of Ducati celebration alongside fellow enthusiasts, adding to the incredible worldwide atmosphere of the event.
Special photographic tributes were also organised during the day, with groups of riders forming the number “100” using their Ducati motorcycles to celebrate the brand’s centenary milestone.
Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali and members of the company’s management team joined the celebrations alongside riders in Italy, reinforcing the close relationship between the Borgo Panigale manufacturer and its global community.
The event’s international scale again highlighted Ducati’s unique ability to unite riders from vastly different cultures and riding styles through a shared passion for the brand. From sportsbike owners and adventure riders through to Scrambler enthusiasts, thousands of Ducatisti took part simultaneously around the globe over a 24-hour period.
Ducati shared live images and video content throughout the day across its social media channels, documenting the worldwide celebrations and centenary tributes.
Attention now turns to World Ducati Week 2026, which is expected to become one of the largest Ducati gatherings ever held. The event will take place at Misano from July 3–5, with July 4 officially marking exactly 100 years since Ducati’s foundation.
