The WJMX has been a launchpad for stars Jett Lawrence, who won the 65cc title in 2014, before becoming a global motocross force. Other past winners include Eli Tomac, Ken Roczen, Jeffrey Herlings, Jorge Prado, and Tim Gajser. Australia’s WJMX winners also include Jay Wilson (2009), Caleb Grothues (2012), Bailey Malkiewicz (2018), and Braden Plath (2018).
